PCIERD is doing its part in creating an S&T infrastructure that is based on manpower development. PCIERD is helping the industry by uplifting the quality of engineering education in the country and thus increase the number of highly trained engineers and scientists. PCIERD also intends to raise the level of local research and other professional activities especially in the engineering field.
